To offer the greatest safety, Elvis Costello and Mammoth require proof of full COVID-19 vaccination OR a negative test within 72 hours prior to the event.  This applies to all attendees, employees, and local crew to be allowed into the show on Friday, August 27th at Uptown Theater. This protocol is put in place to provide the utmost caution and safety to all.

UPDATED COVID REQUIREMENTS: All fans must provide either proof of full COVID-19 vaccination OR a negative COVID-19 test within 72 hours of the show in order to enter the venue. This can be a physical paper copy or a snapshot on your mobile device, along with a valid matching photo ID.
Proof of vaccination must show that you are fully vaccinated (14 days past the final dose of vaccine)
OR
Proof of negative COVID test must be taken within 72 hours of the show; must be professionally administered (physician, clinic, pharmacy, etc.). At-home or self-administered test results will not be accepted.

Fans who are no longer able to attend due to the change in COVID policies may request a refund. Refund requests must be received no later than August 26th @ 5pm CST.

If you purchased your tickets in person at the Uptown Theater, you will need to bring your tickets in for a refund no later than August 26th @ 4pm CST.

Tickets purchased through Ticketmaster will be receiving an email on how to request your refund.
