Hello Smith & Myers Fans –
Thank you for supporting this show and The Uptown Theater! We wanted to make you aware of an update to the seating chart for this event.
Some additional seating is being added to this event.
Current ticketholders, you will still have 6 feet between you and the next group in your row, but there may be other concert patrons in the rows in front of or behind you, approximately 3 feet away. Your tickets remain valid, and you will still enjoy the show from the same seats. However, we did want to make you aware that social distancing will be slightly reduced in your section.
We are still requiring masks at all times, except when actively eating or drinking.
Fans who are no longer comfortable attending due to the reduced social distancing may request a refund if they would no longer like to attend due to the change.
If you would like to request a refund, please email us at info@mammothlive.com; please include your name, email address, and Ticketmaster Order Number (##-#####/CH3).
Refunds will be available for a limited time; requests must be received no later than Friday, May 14th.
